PlaceHub makes it easy to manage your charity place applicants. This guide walks you through how to access and manage your individual applications.
Accessing Your Applications
- Navigate to PlaceHub in the left sidebar
- Click the three dots (⋯) next to your event
- Select "View applications"
Finding Specific Applications
Use the search and filter tools to locate applicants quickly:
- Search box: Enter applicant name or email
- Filter button: Narrow applications by status or date received
Managing Individual Applications
Opening an Application
- Locate your applicant using search or filters
- Click the three dots (⋯) next to the applicant
- Select Edit application to manage their status and details
Additional Option: Click View fundraising page to see the applicant's fundraising page
Available Actions
When editing an application, you'll see action buttons on the left side. The available options depend on the applicant's current status:
Accept - Accept the applicant into your Charity Place program
Reject - Reject the applicant's application. You can choose whether they receive an automated email notification about the rejection
Promote to 'Received' - Move waitlisted applicants to the Received status
Confirm Registration - Mark the applicant as registered for the event for internal tracking purposes only. This does not enter the applicant into the event. You can add an optional Registration ID if desired.
View Digital Signature - View the applicant's digital signature that was captured during the claiming process. Available for programs with digital signatures enabled.
Tip: The actions available will change based on each applicant's current status. Not all options will be visible for every applicant.
Editing Application Details
To update an applicant's information:
- Scroll to the bottom of the application page
- Click the "Edit" button
- Update the applicant details as needed
- Click "Done" then "Publish" to save your changes
