Default VIP status
This field determines whether your Placehub applicants will be in a "Waitlisted" or "Received" state when they first apply.
- Waitlisted: Recommended for high-demand events or when expecting many applications. Most commonly a fundraising page won't be created in this state but this is event dependent.
- Received: Application can immediately be accepted or rejected. Most commonly this state is when the applicant's fundraising page is created and they can start receiving donations.
Minimum fundraising target
Set the minimum amount applicants must agree to raise before submitting their application.
- If Fundraising Guarantee is enabled, applicants will be informed they may be charged the difference if they don't meet this target by the Fundraising Deadline
- The event default will apply if you do not update this field.
Fundraising deadline
Customise when applicants must reach their minimum fundraising target.
- Your deadline must be later than the event deadline
- The event default will apply if you do not update this field.
This is the date you'd like your applicants to reach their minimum fundraising target by. Some charities also create earlier milestones for other increments to help determine who is most suitable for your fundraising team.
