How to export your PlaceHub application data

Export your PlaceHub application data in just a few steps:

1. Navigate to PlaceHub - Click PlaceHub in the left navigation menu
2. Select your program - Find the program you want to export data from, click the 3 dots next to it, then select "View applications"
3. Choose your data - You will see a list of all applications. You can export all of them or filter your data first. When you are ready, click the grey export button on the right
4. Check export status - A message will appear saying "Export has been queued. See your Export history". Click "Export history" or click your name on the bottom left to access User Settings and then click "Export history"
5. Download your file - On the Export history page you will see your report queued and a "Download" button will appear when it is ready. Click "Download" to get your CSV data file

Key column names:

status - Current application status 

isExternalRegistrationConfirmed - Whether you've confirmed the participant is registered for the event 

minimumFundraisingTarget - Minimum fundraising amount the applicant agreed to 

fundraiseBy - Applicant's fundraising deadline
