How to access your PlaceHub application form

There are several ways to view your PlaceHub application form. 

From PlaceHub Admin

1. Navigate to PlaceHub in the left sidebar
2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your event
3. Select "View application form"

While editing your application form

1. Navigate to PlaceHub in the left sidebar
2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your event
3. Select "Edit program"
4. Click the "application form" link under the title

From your event campaign page

1. Navigate to Campaigns in the left sidebar
2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your campaign
3. Select "View"
4. Click the button that says "Apply to be a..." on the right hand side
