Grassrootz supports multi-currency donations which means your supporters can donate to your charity in their preferred currency. This feature helps to boost fundraising as international supporters feel more confident donating without having to worry about exchange rates.
The donation is then converted to your organisation's local currency within Stripe.
Below is an example of what multi-currency looks like on a donation form.
Our multi-currency feature is turned on by default within Grassrootz which means every campaign will have it enabled, however, charity admins can choose to turn it off within their organisation or campaign settings at any time.
How to turn off multi-currency donations
Simply navigate to the Advanced tab of your Organisation or Campaign settings, until you see the multi-currency section and switch the settings to Disabled.
