Any time you see the 'Export' button, you will be able to export the data on screen as a csv file.
The Export button will export all the data including columns that you may have toggled off.

There are two export options, the 'Basic File Format', or the 'Advanced File Format'. The Advanced File Format export includes additional information, such as page interaction detail for fundraiser exports and a more detailed breakdown of fees in the donation export.
You can make use of the filters to export specific information. This could be fundraisers in a certain campaign, keywords, or donations within a date range date range.
Once you have filtered the data, click export and then choose the file format.
A pop up will then appear, letting you know that your export is an a download queue. You can wait for the export in the Export History section of the Grassrootz admin, or you can wait for an email letting you know if it ready, with a link to Export History. Click 'Queue export' to start this process.
To find the Export History section, click your name in the top right corner, and then select Export History
You will now see your Export History, including the most recent export at the top of the page. Once the file is ready to download, the Download button will activate on the right. The data will then download as a CSV file. Exports are available for 24 hours before they will expire.
