How to purchase a Stripe BBPOS WisePad™ 3 card reader

Step 1 - Login to your organisation's Stripe Account

As a Grassrootz member, you should have a Stripe account already as this is how donations are processed through our platform. If you don’t have one, find out how to get one set up here, or if you are not yet a Grassrootz member sign-up for free using this form. 

If you have access to your organisation's Stripe account, log in. If you don’t have access, send this article to the relevant person at your organisation and ask them to follow these instructions.

Step 2: Once logged in to your organisation's Stripe account, follow the instructions below…

1. In the top navigation bar click ‘More’
2. From the dropdown menu, look for the Direct payments heading and select ‘Terminal’
3. On the next page look for the ‘Shop’ button located underneath the Hardware orders section
4. You will see a pop-up on the next page which you can ignore. Select the ‘x’ in the top right corner to close
5. Next, you will see all available card readers. Select the one titled ‘BBPOS WisePad™ 3’
6. Choose how many card readers you need and click ‘Add to cart’
7. Click on your ‘Cart’ in the top right corner and proceed to ‘Check out’ where you can enter your delivery and payment details and confirm the order.
