Donations can be moved in a few different ways:
Within a campaign:
Sometimes a donation will be made to a team, to the overall campaign or to a fundraiser and you will subsequently want to to move it.
To move a donation, follow the instructions below:
1. Click 'campaigns' at the top of your portal, then click '...' and 'donations' next to the campaign you'd like to move a donation within.
2. Find the donation, click '...' and 'edit' and then enter the new name of the fundraising page in the 'linked fundraising page' section at the top.
From one campaign to another:
You may need to move a donation from one campaign to another. For example someone may donate to your 'general donations' campaign but then create a fundraising page for a new campaign and want their donation attributed to their new page.
To do this:
1. Click 'campaigns' at the top, then click '...' and 'donations' next to the campaign the donation is currently in, then click 'transfer'.
2. On the transfer page, enter the name of the new campaign, then in the next text box the name of the fundraising page if applicable. Click publish.
